Ambassadors are available to share their own personal experience with you and answer your questions about why the UroLift® System was the right treatment choice for them.
How it works:
- Review the list of Ambassadors below and request a conversation.
- We will connect you with a UroLift Patient Ambassador via email, to schedule a private phone conversation.
- During your one-on-one call, ask the Patient Ambassador questions about their personal UroLift System experience.

Bob H.
Bob (Robert) is no stranger to an active lifestyle. During college, he excelled in Division 1 baseball and tennis, and today, he continues to pursue his passion for tennis by participating in a league tailored for men his age. Alongside his dedication to sports, Bob married his high school sweetheart, sharing three children and four grandchildren. He regularly volunteers to support his community.
In 2018, Bob experienced BPH symptoms that disrupted a tennis match and prompted a visit to the ER. He was prescribed BPH medications for four years to alleviate the symptoms, but the side effects were a huge drawback.
Bob learned about the UroLift® System through his urologist and underwent the procedure. He is extremely pleased with the results and can now continue to lead his active lifestyle without the need for ongoing medications.

Christopher T.
Christopher is an active man who likes to stay busy. As a limousine driver and life coach, he is always on the go. Outside of work, Christopher enjoys a variety of hobbies from hiking, walking, and swimming. When he’s ready for downtime, you can catch him watching a San Francisco Giants Game.
Christopher experienced BPH for three years before seeing a doctor. He made frequent trips to the restroom, which interrupted his driving routes and sleep.
After being introduced to the UroLift System, Christopher couldn’t be happier. He has fewer interruptions on his drives, and he is sleeping much better at night. He also says he no longer has stress about needing to use the restroom.

Steve K.
Steve, better known to his fans as “Mr. Gadget®,” is a self-described “technology-loving geek” who has been investigating and reporting on consumer technology since the 1970s.
He began experiencing BPH symptoms at the age of 60 and knew it was time to seek treatment when his urinary issues were disrupting movie nights with friends.
Following the UroLift® System procedure, Steve was able to sleep through the night and enjoy movies without the need to urinate. Steve says he’s thrilled to have found a gadget that treats BPH.

Corey B.
Corey is a devoted family man who loves to stay active in his local community. When he isn’t working, he enjoys playing music and spending time with his wife and three children.
Corey says he first noticed his BPH symptoms 10 years ago, when the urge to go became more frequent and unpredictable, and he was getting up in the middle of the night. At work, sitting through client meetings became stressful. Quality time with his wife diminished, and he was no longer able to drive long distances.
Since his UroLift® System procedure, Corey can easily sit through meetings and long car rides. Most importantly, he and his wife are enjoying regular date nights again.

Larry B.
When he isn’t working, Larry likes to stay active by playing golf, biking, coaching kids’ soccer, and traveling. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
Larry says his BPH symptoms began five years ago when he started to experience a greater sense of urgency and frequent trips to the bathroom became the norm.
Following his UroLift® System procedure, Larry no longer experiences a constant sense of urgency and isn’t concerned about leakage.

Roger G.
Roger's fast-paced life has taken him around the world, from living internationally with his wife to hitting the golf courses and ski slopes in Colorado with his three grown kids. However, his BPH symptoms, marked by frequent restroom trips and urinary struggles, disrupted these activities, especially in locations where bathrooms were not readily available.
In search of a solution, Roger initially turned to medications but found himself frustrated with the side effects. Looking for a different option, his physician recommended the UroLift™ System, and Roger's life took a turn for the better. He says the procedure brought him "life-changing" results. He was able to sleep through the night and enjoy his adventurous lifestyle again.
Today, he advocates for regular checkups and visits to a urologist for other men whose bathroom visits are keeping them from enjoying all that life has to offer.

Lawrence S.
Lawrence is a happily married retiree who likes to work on computers. He also enjoys staying active by biking and walking.
Because of BPH, Lawrence said that he was up multiple times a night and never felt like he could fully empty his bladder. This would limit how far he could travel by car as well as affect his ability to travel by plane.
Lawrence is very pleased with the results of his UroLift System procedure as he doesn’t get up as often at night and can go much longer between trips to the bathroom.

Steve D.
Steve is a retiree who enjoys staying active in his community and has a passion for old toys. He is also a model train hobbyist who likes to visit train shows when he gets the chance.
Steve lived with BPH symptoms for about three years before deciding to take action. He had a weak stream, experienced urinary hesitancy, wasn’t able to completely drain his bladder and was getting up several times a night.
Steve is happy to report that after his UroLift® System procedure he has regained a strong flow and rarely needs to get out of bed at night due to his BPH symptoms.
